Tuscany 2007

Montemaggio lies between Perugia and Cortona in northern Italy, close to the border between Tuscany and Umbria, in an unspoiled terrain of wooded slopes rich in plants and wildlife. The project involves the creation of quarters for private, guest and performance use in a valley set 650 metres above sea level, incorporating a number of derelict existing structures, the most significant of these being a small monastery dating from the twelfth century.

Work on the later phases of the project is ongoing and can be viewed by clicking here
